Our services
We provide professional estate planning services including the preparation of Wills, Trusts, Property Protection Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Will reviews and related guidance. Our services are available to individuals and, through our corporate programme, to employers and their staff.
We take every care to ensure that the documents we prepare accurately reflect your instructions and wishes. However, our services do not constitute legal, tax or financial advice unless we expressly confirm otherwise. Where your circumstances require specialist advice, we will let you know and may recommend an appropriate professional.
Engaging our services
When you instruct us to prepare documents on your behalf, we will confirm the scope of work and fees before we begin. No charges are incurred until you agree to proceed. We aim to keep our pricing straightforward and will always tell you the cost before you commit.
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about your wishes, circumstances and the people named in your documents. If your circumstances change after your documents have been completed, we recommend getting in touch so we can advise on whether an update is needed.
Fees and payment
Our fees are agreed before work begins and confirmed in writing. Payment is due on completion of the work unless otherwise agreed. We accept payment by bank transfer and other methods as confirmed at the time of engagement.
Cancellation
If you change your mind after instructing us, you may cancel at any time before the work is completed. If we have already begun preparing your documents, we may charge a reasonable fee to reflect the work carried out. We will always discuss this with you openly.
